Artists Alley Project Overview

Artist's Alley Picture 2

Theatre, opera and entertainment. The Artists’ Alley encompasses the vibrant life of art. A mixed-used community, that is iconic in its size, scope and design. Connecting Simcoe Street with St. Patrick Street and located in the vicinity of University and Dundas, the entire block will inspire art, creativity and life. Just steps away from the Art Gallery of Ontario, The Ontario College of Art & Design and The Grange.

An illustrious design; the first 54-storey residential tower will reach into the sky with its elegant glass and vertical bands. The second 22-storey building will have a 10-storey office block at the base with upper floors for residential suites.

The third 17-storey building will be residential, stacked rectangular boxes with open spaces in between for outdoor terraces. The base of the three buildings will have retail and restaurants.
